ALBOLETTA SQUARE

Restyling of a small “piazza” in the suburbs of Riva del Garda.
The municipality wanted to offer a new pubblic space for (un)conventional meetings to the community as the area was interested by the construction of 40 public housing flats.
The few existing parking places were moved to a nearby area and a new long serpentine seat was set in their place.
This ipè wooden element ‘follows’ an ancient wall and then ‘turns’ around a liquidambar tree that will grow in height and bring his natural colors, shadows, seeds to the place. Its friendly being there will become familiar to kids, teenagers and elder ones.
